You may have noticed that Lopico does not have an FAQ. Why? Because Lopico does not believe in FAQs. FAQs represent things we have failed to communicate, and FAQs are just a little too cold. If you have a question, the best thing you can do is ask – we’ll answer. Lopico has two web forms you can use for help or feedback, and Lopico is small enough that you’ll get a real, non-automated, response in a day or two. FAQs rarely provide the perfect answer, so Lopico only gives you the answer to your specific questions. Not to mention, we really like talking to our users (that’s also why we have this blog). You make this site work, the least we can do is give you the answers you’re looking for.
